Paula earned her bachelor's degree in human relations from Concordia University in 2006, laying the foundation for a successful career in the dynamic world of Human Resources. Her journey has taken her across three countries 鈥 Canada, the USA, and Japan 鈥 providing her with a global perspective that proves invaluable in navigating the complexities of human resources in different cultural and business environments.

In 2018, while based in Japan, Paula achieved her Global Professional Certification for the Society for Human Resource Management Certified (SHRM-CP), showcasing her commitment to excellence in the HR profession on an international scale.

Throughout her professional career, Paula has garnered extensive experience in various industries, including pulp & paper, education, recycling, aerospace, and building materials. This diverse exposure has refined her expertise, allowing her to adapt and thrive in ever-changing work landscapes.

Paula's passion for fostering positive workplace environments and maximizing human potential is at the core of her professional philosophy. She firmly believes in the transformative power of effective HR practices to drive organizational success and enhance employee well-being.
